This Product Spotlight is shining on a binder that we manufactured using an unusual material. The binder cover is made of Coroplast™, or corrugated plastic. The material is comprised of two layers of polypropylene with fluted polypropylene in between. This creates a rigid material that is very lightweight. It also has a unique look. It can be cut to the desired size and scored to form the binder hinge. Corrugated plastic is available in white and other colors. For this job we used clear corrugated plastic, and printed the inside with solid Navy Blue ink. There is a two-color custom imprint on the front cover. We added a stick-on pressure sensitive clear vinyl pocket on the inside back cover. The binder has a 1.5” capacity D-Ring and includes a flat poly sheet lifter.
