About this policy. NAPCO USA, Inc. (“NAPCO USA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a family- and veteran-owned custom packaging manufacturer headquartered in Sparta, North Carolina. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information obtained through binders.com and in the course of our business activities. Because we serve business customers across the United States, this policy is written to address all applicable U.S. state privacy laws in effect as of 2026, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the 19 additional state comprehensive privacy laws now in effect.
